These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 1099healthguy.com (the "Site"), operated by EXL Investments LLC, doing business as 1099 Health Guy. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
1099 Health Guy is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of EXL Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Insurance services are provided by Zachary Cross, a licensed insurance agent. License numbers are available upon request. We are an independent insurance agency; we are not an insurance carrier and do not underwrite coverage.
This Site is privately operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, HealthCare.gov, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government agency or program.
Content on this Site is for general informational purposes and is not a contract of insurance, a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, or price, or legal, tax, or medical advice. Premium figures shown are illustrative averages; your actual rates depend on your age, state, household, health, and the plans available to you. Plan availability, benefits, and rules vary by state. Coverage is subject to the terms of the policy issued by the insurance carrier.
Short-term medical, hospital indemnity, fixed indemnity, and similar supplemental plans are not comprehensive major-medical coverage, are generally not required to cover pre-existing conditions or the essential health benefits required of Marketplace plans, and are not available or are restricted in some states. If such a product is discussed with you, its limitations will be disclosed before any application.
